Support Buffy Reitter In Her Fight!

At the beginning of June, after being cancer free for 7 years, Buffy was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma.  She is dealing with 3 spots in her brain, 1 spot in each lung, and 2 spots in her abdominal cavity.  On June 26th  she began Cyber Knife radiation treatment to work to shrink the spots in her brain.  Her last scan showed that the radiation is doing its work and the spots are decreasing in size!  She is also doing Immunotherapy treatments to hopefully work the same magic on the spots in her lungs and abdomen. These treatments have caused some side effects that make it difficult for Buffy to work and do some of the things she loves.  One of these things being the ability to drive.  The tumors in her brain are applying pressure to her optic nerve which has resulted in diminished vision making it unsafe for her drive on her own.  She has also been hospitalized once as her side effects became so severe she had difficulty breathing. 

Despite a tough diagnosis, Buffy has remained positive through this entire journey.  She is steadfast in her intent to beat this!  She has been an amazing friend, and beloved family member to so many and its time for her tribe to surround her with love and support!  Any funds collected will go to assisting with mounting medical bills as she continues her fight!
