My name is Brook, and I’m reaching out for support after a serious accident that has changed my life. I recently took a bad fall, which caused bleeding at the bottom of my esophagus and into my liver. The experience has been overwhelming, and I’m now facing a long road to recovery.

 After my time in the hospital, I’ll need help transitioning back home. This includes ongoing physical therapy, home health visits, and rehabilitation to regain my strength and independence.
