<div>Hurricane Helene completely destroyed my sister’s (Brooke Bergdahl) Pilates and acupuncture studio in Asheville, off of Swannanoa River. Flood waters reached chest high - submerging and demolishing her expensive Gratz Classical Pilates equipment. This new studio space for CoreSelf (the one just flooded/destroyed by Helene) Brooke opened in May 2023, offering Pilates privates/classes, acupuncture treatments and hosting Pilates training workshops and events. It was a vibrant full amazing space for community to gather, in person plus drawing in online every week, and visitors to Asheville for special events.

<div>Now Brooke rebuilds once again, searching for the next best space, spending sweat and tears on disassembling the apparatus salvaged and rebuilding it, and re-crafting the vision for CoreSelf Classical Pilates and Chinese Medicine.
