<div>On Sunday, September 28, Coach Brooke Bowers experienced a terrifying medical emergency that changed her life overnight. While at church with her 3-month-old baby, she suddenly became lightheaded and passed out. Thanks to a kind bystander, her newborn was kept safe while Brooke was rushed to the hospital.

<div>After extensive tests, Brooke was diagnosed with a TIA stroke, caused by complications from her blood pressure and a pre-existing blood clotting disorder. She spent three days in the hospital and is now facing a long, difficult recovery. She is dealing with weakness on her left side and cognitive delays, making even simple daily tasks a challenge.

</div>
<div>Due to these challenges, Brooke cannot return to work and is currently on unpaid leave. To make matters even more difficult, her husband recently lost his job, leaving the family with mounting medical bills, therapy costs, and daily expenses—all while caring for a newborn.

<div>Brooke is not only a devoted mother but also a passionate coach and mentor who has given countless hours of her time and energy to students and athletes over the years. She has always put others first, and now she needs our support more than ever.
