Our hearts are broken as we share the loss of Brittany Baarson — a beloved wife, devoted mother, and cherished friend.

Brittany passed away on March 5, 2026, at just 38 years old after an incredibly brave fight against osteosarcoma. What began as unexplained symptoms in August of 2021 led to a devastating diagnosis in June of 2022. Through it all, Brittany faced her battle with courage, grace, and a fierce determination to be present for the people she loved most.

Brittany leaves behind her husband, Scott, and their two beautiful children, Levi (8) and Everly (3), who were the center of her world. She was the kind of mother who filled her home with warmth, laughter, and unconditional love. Her greatest joy was watching her children grow and creating a life full of memories with her family. Professionally, Brittany worked as a data analyst at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where her work quietly supported the care of countless young patients and their families. Helping children and serving her community meant a great deal to her, and she carried that compassion into every part of her life.

The past several years have brought immense emotional and financial challenges for Brittany’s family as they navigated treatments, hospital stays, and the heartbreaking progression of her illness.
