<div>A Mamas Journey 

</div>

<div>Hello, my name is Brianna Taylor and I am a Mama to three beautiful girls as well as a “fur-mama” to a golden retriever. My dear friend has created this go fund me to help assist my daughters and I as we navigate this next season. It’s truly a humbling experience to publicly ask for help in this way but I have to choose to step out of my comfort zone with the hope that we can not only be blessed financially but that something far greater than we can ever imagine will come from this.

<div>These last four years have had their highs and low but this last year has been gut wrenching. I get asked often “how do you do it?” or “how have you done it?” I can easily take all the glory by saying “I have no other choice, I just do it” or I can be honest and say “only because of God”. I have failed. I have cried, a lot. I have questioned. I have fought. I have been on the verge of completely giving up. Honestly - The only reason I’m still here is because of God. He has put me back together over and over again. We have never gone without and I know it’s only bc of Him. Trust me, I’m sure you’re thinking “how’d you get here?” And I get it. I ask myself that question more times a day than I’d like to admit but the reality is, I did. I enabled. I got stuck in a cycle. I tried so hard to get out of the cycle but it was almost like the more I fought the worse it got. Instead of giving God the control I was trying to control every little detail. I fought so hard to just end up exactly where I was scared to be. As a believer, a daughter, a wife, a mother and a friend I failed but thank God for who He is. Thank God for my daughters, our family and village. I have healed significantly these last five months and I will continue to do whatever it takes to do the work for my children as well as generations to come. Although it has been hard my daughters have never gone without, ever, and for that I’m incredibly grateful. It’s time to face the next part of our journey as I move forward. As for Blain, he is currently receiving care at an inpatient facility for the next few months. He will then move into a sober living, maintain employment, provide for his children and walk in his calling. As he continues to grow, heal and remain obedient - I continue to choose to do the same for myself as well as our kids. I can choose to stay in the cycle or strive in healing, stability, safety and happiness for myself as well as our children. I have done it alone for quite some time with the help of our village as well as government assistance. I currently have my children in the process of government assisted childcare so I can get back to work but it is a process. We do not have WiFi so working from home is limited. We do receive financial assistance for food through the government as well as we insurance and I have applied for housing. I have been homeschooling my children and just truly getting into a stable rhythm with each of them. I have a miracle van and laptop that was gifted to me. Everything is just at a standstill unfortunately but I’m believing that this is just the beginning of a life that will glorify Christ. I’m trusting in his timing. The amount I am asking for is to help for the next few months as I continue to do the work to get us ahead.
