<div>My name is Joe Offner, and I am a long-time friend and former college roommate of Brian Guglielmo, affectionately known to many as "Googs." In late February 2025, Brian began experiencing pain in his groin, initially believing it to be an inguinal hernia caused by his physically demanding job in construction.

<div>As Brian sought medical attention, his world was turned upside down on March 13th, 2025, when he was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Brian's fight against cancer began that very day.

<div>Recent tests have confirmed that Brian has Stage IV, Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (NHL/DLBCL). Due to its aggressive nature, Brian is currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy treatments at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.

<div>Those who know Brian personally are aware that he has faced many challenges in life. Since overcoming addiction in 2023, Brian has secured a job with a large construction firm in Philadelphia, leased and furnished an apartment, and has been actively involved in his son Brian's life. Additionally, he has spent the past year rebuilding many personal relationships. Those who know and love Brian couldn't be prouder of him.

<div>Given that Brian is receiving aggressive, full-time medical care, he is unable to work. With mounting medical and living expenses, financial stress is the last thing Brian needs to worry about. Therefore, I am asking you to consider donating so that Brian can focus solely on his family and recovery during this difficult time.
