Bobby James, my coworker, recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of his father, Billy James, who passed away unexpectedly on November 30th. The suddenness of this tragedy has left Bobby and his family in shock, with little time to prepare for the emotional and financial challenges that come with saying goodbye to a loved one.
