Karen has been kind enough to organize this campaign on our behalf. My name is Belén. This is my 9 year old baby girl Blue.

She’s had masses growing in her belly over the last few months. After several costly rounds of tests at three different vets, we were left frustrated, with no precise diagnosis, and no clear path forward.

Thankfully we were recommended an oncology specialist, who was able to size her up right away. She believes the mammary growths are most likely malignant, and she needs a radical bilateral mastectomy to survive. After removal, these tumours will be biopsied in order to proceed with the proper kind of chemotherapy.

The money will go to her surgeries (they will be split in two due to the high risk of removing everything at once), her post-op, the biopsy and the following treatment. Her most recent tests and imaging suggest that the tumours have not metastasized yet but, even though she’s tough as nails, we cannot wait any longer.
