Support Black on the Border

Donation protected
Greetings to our wonderful supporters and new friends!

MOCHA Enterprises exists to bring racial harmony to our community. Our collective initiatives are designed to cohesively bring awareness to living #BlackontheBorder and being a part of the percentage of residents who desire to bring peace and love to our city via various mediums, especially via the visual arts.

As a military spouse, volunteer, community supporter and activist, it is not in my nature to sit and wait.

Due to the current pandemic, economic limits hindered some of our projects from coming to fruition in the planned time frame. While eager to continue our quest to share our stories, feature profiles of our progressive people, and mentor our youth, some of our supporters and sponsors were not able to continue the previously committed support. Unfortunately, this season has caused many of us to rearrange our focus and change plans, so we do understand.

Who will benefit from your support: Our community needs our voices during this time to discuss our businesses, social justice issues, families, education, Youth and Young Adult initiatives, and more, in a positive form. From podcasts to our written words and visual performances, the shift is evident, and we are committed to continuing regardless of the situation.

As founder, for over 20 years, I have dedicated myself to assisting and working with others to visualize and carry out their dreams. In addition, I have committed myself to assisting some non-profit organizations with services and resources.  While my goal has always been to help others, my partner in this fundraising endeavor is someone who came on board and grasped the vision as well. Howard Covington is a retired US Army Veteran and volunteer who supports the arts and any positive movement that encourages youth to prosper.

This month would have been dedicated to releasing our new publication and web series to feature businesses, projects, organizations, and more. While we must postpone some projects, others are needed now more than ever. Black El Paso Voice, The Black Roundtable, and several other initiatives began out of the need for inclusivity on the border.

What your support means: We are upgrading our equipment, resources, and software,  while supporting our team of talent behind bringing stories to life via audio/visual/print mediums.

We our hoping to reach our goal by November 14, 2020 and are accepting donations via other platforms such as cashapp $mochaenterprises and paypal.me/mochaenterprises

My team and I thank you in advance for your support in assisting us with the efforts to make our voices heard, our talent seen, and our purpose known and appreciated as we strive for peace and harmony while living #blackontheborder! We can't do it without you and we will forever be grateful for your love and support. We encourage everyone who supports to let us know that you have supported by contacted us.  Thank you!
