My name is Birda Jackson. After 25 years I was offered a position with Duly Health starting February 3. I wouldn't have to struggle to get to work on weekends. Little did I know that the struggle would worsen.......I am training for a month, then will be transferred to a clinic closer to home. Unfortunately transportation will be expensive. I must be in Downers Grove by 8am and leave at 5pm. PACE ADA has a transfer drop off point at a strip mall in Woodridge (very open no shelter). PACE ADA in DuPage may arrive late. They MIGHT be able to work something out going back home but cannot guarantee. Uber/Lyft is $100 round trip per day.

What I am asking for is $500. I know I'll need more but this will at least get me a weeks worth and that would be a blessing. If you want to be paid back I'll set up a payment plan.

I just want better.....
