It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved son Billy. He was one of the kindest, happiest people. His smile was contagious. He was really just a kid at heart. He enjoyed music, rapping, fast cars, and most of all, spending time with his close friends and family, especially his son Devin Chancey, who he loved and adored.

Besides his son, he leaves behind his mother Marsha and his only sister Keri. This unexpected passing has put a financial burden on the family. Any help with the funeral service would be greatly appreciated.
