<div>Big Jay is currently battling cancer and is preparing for another major surgery to remove a tumor. This is not his first fight. In the past, he bravely faced lymphoma and underwent surgery to remove a tumour that weighed 102.6 pounds, a surgery that also resulted in the loss of his kidney. Despite everything he has endured, his strength, humor, and love for his family have never wavered.
