<div>We wanted to share an important update about Betty's health. Recently, she received the results of a biopsy on her right lung, and sadly, she has also been diagnosed with lung cancer, in addition to her ongoing battle with breast cancer.
</div>
<div>Betty has bravely started chemotherapy and will soon be traveling to Seattle for lung surgery as part of her treatment plan.
</div>
<div>This continues to be an incredibly difficult time for Betty and our family, but your donations, prayers, and kind messages have made a tremendous difference. We are deeply grateful for your continued support as she faces these challenges with strength and courage.

<div>Hi, my name is JR Camacho, and I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friend, Betty Garza.
</div>
<div>Betty was recently diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, a form of breast cancer. She found a lump in her right breast during a self-exam, and after seeing her doctor, she was quickly sent for a mammogram and ultrasound. A biopsy at the Ohana Women’s Cancer Center confirmed the presence of cancer in her right breast and lymph nodes. She is now undergoing further scans to determine the stage and if the cancer has spread.
</div>
<div>Betty is preparing to meet with a surgeon and an oncologist to begin her treatment plan. Unfortunately, during this time, she will be unable to work due to the intensity of her medical appointments and upcoming treatments.
</div>
<div>We’re raising funds to help ease the financial burden so Betty can focus on what matters most—healing. Any amount, big or small, will go directly toward her medical expenses, transportation to appointments, and everyday living costs while she’s out of work.
</div>
