Jennifer is raising this fundraiser for Benjamin, a friend who acted with incredible courage during a terrifying emergency. While Benjamin was at the store with Jennifer, they noticed a car in the water with a woman trapped inside. In that moment, Benjamin did not hesitate. He jumped into action and did everything he could to help save her, even putting himself in danger and using a rock to help her get out. Jennifer, along with Noelle, did everything they could to help as well, including calling 911 and working quickly to get emergency assistance. Because Benjamin acted so fast, Jennifer truly believes this woman may not have survived otherwise.

But Benjamin paid a painful price for putting someone else’s life before his own. He needed several stitches, an ambulance, and a hospital visit after the rescue. Now, while he recovers, he is facing medical bills, ambulance costs, and lost income from time away from work. This fundraiser will help ease that burden and give Benjamin support while he heals. If you are able to donate, even a few dollars will make a difference. And if you cannot give right now, sharing this fundraiser would mean just as much. Please help show Benjamin that his bravery, selflessness, and quick action meant something to this community.
