<div>We’ve had the privilege to witness Barbie Pallo’s incredible relationship with her sister Kimberly (Kimmy, KP) over the years in both real life and virtually through the power of social media. Love, compassion, and grace filled in any spaces or challenges that manifested in everyday life and during milestone moments. With the passing of their beloved father, <strong>care for KP’s unique abilities became Barbie’s #1 priority</strong>. Any of us faced with a similar situation understands what it is like to shift focus to selflessness; providing your best energy for others while sacrificing any reserve held for yourself. As KP’s activity level diminished over the past 3 years, Barbie rigorously ensured her quality of life was the best it could be. A simple yet sometimes impossible task due to daily (sometimes hourly) circumstances. Barbie prevailed. She would share every challenge and breakthrough (big and small) to inspire and educate others while also documenting the journey of life lessons; growth, fatigue, frustration, joy, connection, faith, complexity, sorrow, and the power of hope… a beacon in the mire of reality that allowed perseverance and positivity.

<div>Wouldn’t it be wonderful to bless her now with time, space, and resources to aid in restoring herself, begin building the future to honor KP through creating a foundation in her name, and bring a level of stability to her grieving process with the multitude of decisions that continue to require her focus. A person like Barbie is so special, let’s amplify the season of giving by showing her that the amazing community surrounding her fully has her back!
