SUPPORT B T MUTEPFA FOR BRAIN TUMOR OPERATION

Hi, My name is Mwandibhuya Kennedy Mutepfa, and I’m fundraising for Our brother and father, Blessing Tonderai (BT) Mutepfa. He needs an urgent operation to debulk a recurring glioma (Brain Tumor). After his initial operation in April 2021, Sample Tests results of the removed tumour revealed that it had developed into a cancer type. However, we had hoped that since it was 100% removed and radiation and Chemotherapy immediately administered, this problem would not resurface. Ten months later (February 2022), the CT scan revealed no signs of the tumour, and the first operation was successful. However, seven months after the last scan (September 2022), B T started to have some problems, and a recent CT scan revealed that the tumour is back, highest grade and very aggressive.

The Neurologist has recommended that BT needs to undergo surgery, a second one, hardly within two years from the first operation (April 2021). The total cost, including hospitalization, will be about US$12 000.00. After the first operation, BT did not fully recover, enabling him to go to work and support himself and the family. He is a father of four children.

I have created this Go Fund on behalf of my young brother to raise funds for the Urgent operation, which needs to be carried out as soon as possible to have the tumour removed before conducting radiotherapy and Chemotherapy.
