<div>I really really hate having to do this but I am going through a financial crisis and could really use any help anyone can offer.

<div>For some backstory, as some of you may know, early on in 2025 I had a mental break and had to be institutionalized and I spent a few months in a treatment facility for my mental health.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I was already aware of having severe depression and anxiety but while in treatment, I also learned that my depression and anxiety both were a part of new diagnosis.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While getting treatment I was diagnosed with complex post traumatic stress disorder which is from long-term or repeated trauma instead of just one event that causes regular PTSD.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ve spent countless hours and thousands of dollars on my mental health just within the first half of 2025 alone by trying new treatments including spravato (eketamine) and TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) but am still struggling.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I was working part time while managing these things but after some family losses, I had an another episode and lost my job due to that.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I don’t qualify for short term disability since and long term disability can take up to a year to even know if I’d qualify, so I’m at a loss of what to do.
</div>

</div>
<div>My therapist and psychologist think I should take some time off work but I have rent and bills so I am still looking for a new job. 
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m sorry for even having to ask, but anything helps and I thank you taking the time to read.
