<div>It’s been a year since our Ate Eloisa visited our city of Vancouver as a tourist. During her visit she fell in love with the beautiful scenery our nature offered, the delicious culturally diverse cuisines, and the friendly strangers, new friends, and new family she had met.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It didn’t take long for Ate Eloisa to see herself raising her family in our city.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This past year, she and her husband worked together to make the necessary ends meet to leave the UK and start a new chapter of their lives with their baby Noa in Canada.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Just a month ago, Vancouver welcomed a new family from the UK.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Following the tragic events that took place at the Lapu-Lapu day festival, our Ate Eloisa was rushed to the hospital with severe trauma to her head, collapsed lungs, and a broken spine. She is currently in the ICU, fighting for her life. <strong><em>Her injuries are severe, and she may never walk again.</em></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Instead of preparing for a new job, toddler playdates, or celebrating milestones with her husband, she now faces a long, uncertain road of rehabilitation, emotional healing, and painful adjustments to a life that changed in an instant.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Despite the darkness, Eloisa remains the gentle, loving soul we've always known - but make no mistake: she is also a fighter. And now, more than ever, she needs us to fight with her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To this day she continues to fight for her recovery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Knowing our Ate Eloisa, she would rather fight this battle alone than with the help of her community. We however believe she is the most deserving person of any help and support she can get.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We hope that this fundraiser will give her the time she needs to focus on her recovery from this traumatic life-altering experience.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you and God bless &lt;3

</div>
<div><strong><em>Who you are raising the funds for:</em></strong>
</div>
<div>I am raising funds for our beloved Ate Eloisa, a kind, strong, and deeply cherished wife and mother who recently began a new life here in Canada with her husband Michael, and baby, Noa.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>Your relationship to the beneficiary:</em></strong>
</div>
<div>Ate Eloisa is my cousin and a sister. Our families have supported each other through every stage of life, and now more than ever, she needs us by her side.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>Funding Breakdown</em></strong>
</div>
<div>The funds will help cover the overwhelming costs of Ate Eloisa’s recovery, including:

</div>
<ul>
<li>Ongoing rehabilitation and physiotherapy
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Medical equipment and accessibility needs (e.g., wheelchair, home adjustments)
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Childcare support for baby Noa while her husband balances work and caregiving
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>

</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>How the funds will be delivered to your beneficiary:</em></strong>
</div>
<div>All funds will be directly transferred to Ate Eloisa’s family through a joint account managed by her and Michael. This ensures the money goes straight to where it’s needed most — her recovery and her family’s day-to-day needs
