<div>Asian Pride was founded by CinemAsia in 2020 to create a strong, inclusive community for LGBTQ+ individuals with Asian roots—through ethnicity, culture, or lived experience. We amplify the voices and stories of LGBTQ+ Asians in Europe and Asia, celebrating identity, advocating for equity, and fighting for visibility.

<div>Discrimination against Asians in Europe has worsened, especially since COVID-19. LGBTQ+ Asians face compounded challenges—racial bias, cultural stigma, and systemic inequality. In Asia, same-sex relationships remain illegal in over 20 countries, and basic rights like safety and healthcare are still out of reach for many.

</div>
<div>We’re changing that. Through advocacy, storytelling, partnerships, and events like Amsterdam Pride, Asian Pride is building belonging and representation where it’s urgently needed.
