<div>Hi there! We’re passionate creatives based in Hamburg, Germany, preparing to take two beautiful theatre productions to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2024, the world’s largest live performance arts festival and “one of the greatest celebrations of arts and culture in the world”.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’ve been dreaming about showing our work to the Fringe audiences for years and planning this event for months. It’s finally happening this August!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To help us make this dream come true, we’d be very grateful for your financial contribution towards venue costs, festival fees, travel and accommodation for our casts and crews.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Both productions premiered in Hamburg, Germany: <em>Cringe Effect</em> to sell-out audiences in 2022 at Mut! Theater and <em>Hunchback Variations</em> in 2007 at The Rover Rep Theatre. Since then, <em>Hunchback</em> has gone on to have multiple performances in different venues and countries, winning a few awards.

<div><strong>Cringe Effect</strong>
</div>
<div><em>Written by and starring Cecelia Marshall, directed by Mathilde Berry</em>
</div>
<div>A one-woman dark comedy not to be missed: Ce, battling anorexia, shares her rehab journey, revealing a poignant victory of courage and vulnerability amid societal pressures and near-death experiences.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Hunchback Variations</strong>
</div>
<div><em>Written by Mickle Maher, starring Harald Djürken and Martin John Mills, directed by Rebecca Garron</em>
</div>
<div>In a rare live appearance, deaf German composer Ludwig van Beethoven and deaf bell-ringer Quasimodo, also known as The Hunchback of Notre Dame, invite you to a panel discussion on the search for the impossible sound.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With gratitude for all your support!
