Hi I am April. I am 43 years old. I have been having heart issues and now need a cardiac ablation (surgery where they carterize portion of the heart). It is a farely expensive procedure but necessary. I do work a full time job as a nurse and do have health insurance. I am a little short on funds to pay for this and support my family of 5.
