Hi everyone! This is Apollo and he is the bravest boy ever! We adopted Apollo 3 years ago, and this chunky chocolate lab has been the joy of our family since then.

On Friday, April 4th, he jumped off of the couch to show us his parkour moves, and he landed completely wrong and broke his left hind leg. Apollo was so strong and hopped on all three legs while we transported him to the car to take him to urgent care. The doctor said that part of his bone is shattered and it would be a complicated surgery.

Of course, surgeries are expensive, but our family is willing to do anything we can to make our boy run and play like he used to. We would love and appreciate any type of donation that would help us pay for his surgery. Thankfully, the doctor let us bring him home so we can set up a plan for him, but in the meantime, he is getting babied and fed yummy goodies while in his purple cast that the sweet veterinarians made for him :,) Thank you for reading this! Obviously this is something that nobody can be prepared for financially or emotionally . But I think this a great reminder that proves how quick accidents can happen.
