<div>You might know him as Antonio Sanchez, or as Wort Wrangler. He's a dad, a husband, and also the guy who's made countless brewers laugh when they were ready to quit after another 14-hour brew day.

</div>
<div><strong>The Situation</strong>
</div>
<div>Antonio has silently battled lupus for years, but lately it's hit hard. Septic shock, hospital revolving doors, and chemo infusions have become a new normal. His recent ICU stay revealed fevers, dangerous heart rate, crashing blood pressure, and kidneys leaking protein. The doctors need to run tests constantly, and the medical bills are stacking up fast. Antonio will need multiple months away from work just to survive this, let alone muster up the strength to get things done.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>A Pillar in the Brewing Community</strong>
</div>
<div>For five years, Antonio has been the backbone of the craft beer community when brewers needed it most. When you're crying in the coldbox, burning your nostrils with CO2, or throwing your back out from lifting one too many bags of grain, Wort Wrangler's posts remind you that you're not alone in the daily grind.
</div>
<div>That's what makes Antonio special—he brings everyone together when they feel isolated or at their lowest points. Now it's our turn to show up for him. Let's make sure he knows he isn't fighting this battle alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As his friend, I'm starting this campaign to keep him afloat as fast as possible and get the ball rolling. Antonio or his wife will take over updates when he can.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>A Call to Breweries</strong>
</div>
<div>There is serious strength when we come together. Please consider brewing "Wrangler's _______ [insert beer style]" or reference one of the hundreds of memes like "My Caustic Romance", "Where's the ISO?", etc. and donate some of the proceeds to this campaign. If you're a brewery that would like to champion this reach out to help me make this more formal.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How Funds Will Be Used</strong>
</div>
<div>Here's the reality: Antonio's looking at $100,000+ in medical expenses over the long run. We're starting at $20,000 to handle the immediate needs and gain some momentum, but we'll move the goalposts as milestones are met.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>The breakdown:</em>
</div>
<ul>
<li>$50,000: Medical bills (ICU stays, hospital care, tests, treatments)
</li>
<li>$30,000: Ongoing treatments and meds
</li>
<li>$20,000: Living expenses, lost income and opportunity costs
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every dollar helps Antonio focus on healing instead of bills. We'll keep you updated on how your support is making a difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please donate today, get your brewery on board, or simply share this campaign. For the guy who's turned shared misery into laughs for years, it's our turn to return the joy.
