<div>Well here we are guys, at the ripe age of 37 I have found myself in stage 5 kidney failure due to some disease I’ve apparently had for a while.. and people wonder why I  hate going to the doctor?!  They always have some kind of bad news, am I right?!

<div>What’s not free though is all these medical bills that are piling up and all the expenses that are coming with it. Ironically enough this comes less than 6 months after marrying the love of my life and stepping into a father role with our two precious daughters.
