I’m Annette and an LPN. I recently had right Hip surgery d/t Osteoarthritis. During process of healing it was dislocated and 2nd surgery need to revision it. Been out of work since January until June 20 finishing rehab. All my PTO n sick days were used up for my rent up until April. My short term disability was denied n still fighting them. Usually I would never do this but I’m struggling n don’t want to lose my home. Lost my hubby in 2021 came to Florida near family to heal. Right now I’m going through economic hardship trying to catch up. I’m back to work so I can catch up but need help because I don’t want evicted n lose all that I have. Anything will help. I’m truly thankful for anything. God bless all.
