<div>My dear long-term friend Anne recently wrenched herself free from a destructive relationship. She was pressured by a realtor to buy a condo without getting an inspection. Sadly, the condo is completely infused with the odor of cat urine, down to the subfloor. She spent all the money she had on the condo, and now faces expensive remediation—deep cleaning, flooring removal and replacement flooring—before she can move in. I spent three hours with her there Sunday; three hours after I left, I still have that awful smell in my nose. I’m hoping this community can help this wonderful woman make her new start.
