Support Anna through cancer battle

My name is Anna Picasso and this is my catastrophic event that began around mid June. I found a small lump on my right breast while I was doing my self breast exam. But what was scarey is that within 2 weeks the lump had gotten larger. So on July 5th I was diagnosed with an aggressive stage 3 breast cancer with mets to lymph nodes. I was in disbelief because I had my yearly mammogram on January 2017 and all that was seen was a swollen lymph node but I was told everything was ok and nothing else was found at that time. So of course when the Dr told me it was cancer this time it was shocking and caused a huge impact that has brought a hardship to my life all physical, spiritual yet also financial.
The treatment planned and agreed by all the Dr's is as follows: 5 months chemotherapy, (16 doses) 12 weekly and then 4 biweekly. They will wait about 1 month after my chemotherapy and then I will have surgery. This surgery will be a bilateral mastectomy with only the left breast reconstructed at the time. After that surgery they will wait about 1.5 months for me to recuperate. I will then recieve 33 daily treatments of radiation. Three months later they will reconstruct the right breast using skin from my abdomen. So this will be a long journey of about 1 year of my life. With this long journey ahead with the support of family and friends I am truly blessed, thank you for your support and prayers.
