<div>On Monday 8th May Andrew underwent major brain surgery to remove a 5cm tumour in his frontal lobe.

<div>After returning from work late on Friday 5th May, where he was suffering from bouts of nausea, intense headaches to the point of blurred vision and almost fainting. They went straight to the hospital on Saturday where they conducted tests and scans and located the tumour.
</div>

<div>Transferring to the PA hospital Saturday night awaiting brain surgery to remove the tumour.
</div>
<div>As a result of the surgery on the Monday, tests have revealed that Andrew has been diagnosed with stage 4 Glioblastoma or GBM
</div>

<div>Starting chemotherapy on Monday 15th May as a part of a clinical trial 2 weeks before he undergoes chemotherapy and radiation everyday for 6 weeks, a month break then followed by chemotherapy for another 6 months.

<div>Unable to work or drive for at least 6-12months as the primary provider for his family any support would be greatly appreciated during this long road ahead.

<div>His wife will have to take time off work to take him to his radiation appointments everyday as well as MRI scans, blood tests and countless other appointments to try and get on top of this as best they can.

<div>Both Andrew and his wife, Nicole, have limited sick leave left due to using most after the death of his brother Matt, partner Kate &amp; unborn child Miles on Australia Day 2021.

<div>This will impact them financially with three young children between the ages of 6 and 12. With their dream family home nearing completion there is also the task of completing the entire landscaping that Andrew had hoped to complete himself.
