My name is Andrew Bierl and I have 2 beautiful daughters, ages 10 and 6. I am divorced and their mother has primary physical care for our 2 children and has them 87% of the time. She has alienated me from them and controlled what they can and cannot say and do while our children are with me and has become extremely evident these last few years. I have consulted with family, friends, and countless GAL/CASA/CFR professionals and have concluded that hiring a CFR professional is my only logical option at this point in order to uncover the whole truth. A Child and Family Reporter is appointed by the court to gather and report factual information in cases involving the care and custody of minor children and other matters bearing on the interests or rights of children. I have been informed that these retainers run anywhere from $3500-$6000 and am not in the financial situation to afford this expense. However, this last step is absolutely vital in extracting the truth behind what has occurred over several years of my ex-wife's parental alienation and what our girls are exposed to both when they are with her and myself. I've been told that sometimes one party is responsible for all costs, both parties split the cost, and that the court sometimes covers the cost, but I am a pessimist and know to expect the worst possible outcome at all times so definitely expecting to be responsible for the full amount.
