Andrea (19) and Vanessa (16) have just experienced the unimaginable loss of their mother, LaShonda Landry, who passed away suddenly on November 18, 2025. As their aunt and uncle, Keith and I are opening our home to them, joining our own four daughters—three of whom still live at home. LaShonda was a single mother who dedicated her life to raising Andrea and Vanessa, their fathers have never been involved, either personally or financially. This has always been a challenge, but never more so than now, as the girls have lost the only parent they’ve ever known, their home, and the life they were used to.

 The funds raised will help us cover both immediate and long-term needs for Andrea and Vanessa. We need support for funeral expenses, food, clothing, and furniture, as well as ongoing costs like healthcare, counseling, therapy, and educational opportunities. Andrea is autistic and will require support for a much longer duration of her life, while Vanessa is determined to go to college after high school. We want to provide them with everything they need to heal, grow, and pursue their dreams, despite the challenges they now face.
