<div>My name is Lisa Rowland and I am raising funds for a very deserving woman, Amy Gillespie Ashley! I first met Amy and Rich Ashley 24 years ago when my 8 year old daughter enrolled in a children's camp called Team Reptile. The Ashelys were at the helm, teaching kids as young as 8 all about the reptiles and amphibians of Michigan while they adventured in the great outdoors. My daughter fell in love with nature and continued at that camp all of the way through high school, later becoming a camp counselor and a video editor of the Team Reptile made for local television programs. Amy and Rich have spent their lives as teachers and are both highly revered by everyone that has ever been blessed to encounter them. From a personal standpoint, they touched my daughter's life for over 10 years during her childhood, and the same was true for hundreds of children in our town.

<div>Amy has dedicated her life to teaching, and her heart is in everything she touches, she's adorable, she's funny, she's creative, and she is so intelligent! She also is a wildlife photographer with her business,  ashelywildlifeproductions.com, exhibiting the beautiful wildlife of Florida and as always showcasing and promoting the beautiful creatures that we share this earth with!

<div>Back in 2024, Amy received a breast cancer diagnosis and went through medical treatments including a lumpectomy. Amy and her family pulled through everything that time, and now there is bad news. There are more masses present, and Amy is in need of a double mastectomy now. The Ashleys are proud people and they do not want to ask for help, Rich is still not wanting to do this (but I am being persistent because I know so many people would want this assistance for them). Anyone who knows about how devastating a situation like this will become, is aware of the financial hardship that will come from this not only from medical bills, but the income loss from not working. If you know Amy and Rich Ashley, you know what very special people these two are! Amy and Rich and their 2 kids are going to need your help. All of the donations from this fundraiser will go directly to Amy to help cover medical expenses and lost wages. She deserves this help.....we love you Amy and Rich, stay strong.
