Support & Care for the Rescue Cats of KitTea

We know we can rescue many lives this year, but we really need your help! 

We are fundraising for the following: Neuter/Spay Operations
Dental Procedures
Vaccinations & Microchipping 
Monthly Wellness Check-Ups
For 2022 we (KitTea) with your help, want to focus on continuing all of our best efforts to save the lives of the cats and kittens that are the most in need of rescue. This often means pulling cats from county funded shelters that are forced to deem many of these cats un-adoptable. These "un-adoptable" cats often require simple (yet costly) procedures.  

Since the beginning of Covid and the many shutdowns we experienced in 2020... rescues in many parts of the country have been struggling to find affordable spay/neuter options.  Just to break it down for The Bay Area: A single operation for spay/neuter runs between $300-$400 per cat, vaccinations and microchipping cost between $100-$150 and dentals can cost anywhere between $500-$4,000 (depending on the severity).  
The money we make in turn from adoption fees covers only a very small portion of the overhead cost for each cat, which is why we depend on fundraising and selling
tickets/experiences to our cat lounge in order to sustain. 

Any donation is so beyond helpful and ap-purr-ciated and supports our efforts/goals to save kittens and cats that are facing euthanasia due to overcrowding shelters.

For those who are just learning about KitTea Cat Lounge for the first time:  We are a zen sanctuary for both rescue and adoptable cats/kittens and the people who love them.  Our mission is to rescue the most at-risk cats, provide superior care and socialization to the cats under our roof (just as if the cat were being spoiled in a home with their own family).

We want to remain serving The Bay Area and all of the patrons from around the world who have supported our cause and experienced peace and love from the cats.
