I’m a single mom of 3 beautiful children: two daughters and a son. <strong>My two year old son Maverick (who’s pictured with me) was rushed to the hospital on September 18th due to respiratory failure and distress.</strong> He is currently still admitted. During this time, I found out my son was diagnosed with a rare lung disease and a rare genetic disorder. I also learned that when we get discharged, he would have to make a weekly trip to the hospital to receive outpatient treatment for his condition. <strong>As of right now, the distance from where I currently live to the hospital is pretty far.</strong> I’ve been looking for places to move that would make the weekly transport to and from the hospital easier.
