This situation remains jurisdiction of the Tribal Court, unfortunately. My daughter is a victim of something absolutely terrible. The person that hurt her has legal rights to her. Because of several tribal entities failing my daughter, her life is now in grave danger. I have already paid several thousands to attorneys, as a single parent and struggling business owner I just dk how I can do this anymore.
