Hello out there, my name is Amanda Bujol. My immediate family has befallen an unprecedented series of unfortunate tragedies recently including but not limited to a house fire which claimed the central air unit (the house now has no heat nor air conditioning) as well as the main refrigerator going completely out along with all of the food it contained going bad within mere days of each other.
