Help Alyssa afford medical treatment and avoid homelessness

Donation protected
I am asking for help for my daughter's dear friend, Alyssa. Alyssa is my daughter's best friend and an AMAZING person with a heart of gold who would do just about anything for anyone!

Alyssa has been the best, kind, loving friend she's ever had and needs help with medical costs so she can focus on getting well without the fear of becoming homeless! If you'd like to hear more of her story and all she's had to endure, please read below and consider donating! Even if only a little, because every little bit helps!

Alyssa has worked her whole life up until a year ago when she became seriously ill and ultimately had to leave her position and take leave from work. She is suffering from H-EDS (Hyperactive Ehler's Damlos Syndrome), Ankylosing Spondylitis, Craniocervical Instability, Occipital Neuralgia, POTS, MCAS, and conditions in association. She lives with pain every day of her life along with nausea, vomiting, and dizziness to the point of passing out... all of which have left her struggling also with her mental health. It is so depressing to live with chronic illness, particularly when you have no support and literally no money at all. She cannot earn money for her basic needs, much less her medical expenses.

Alyssa has worked since she was 14 years old and had just achieved following in the footsteps of her father at the Shipyard as a Crane Operator. This had been her goal since caring for him alongside her mom when he had dementia and ultimately staying with him as he met The Lord and was ripped from her too soon and too suddenly.

As a result of her extreme physical symptoms, her doctors told her she could no longer work, and she was put on short-term disability through her company. Unfortunately, Alyssa's health has further deteriorated, but her short-term disability ended over 6 months ago. She was denied Social Security disability, which is common on the first try. Alyssa even lost her food stamps, as she is required to apply for jobs in order to keep them, but she is not allowed to be working while she is going through the disability process. This is where our society is failing! I do not know the answer, but I DO know that a young lady who has worked hard her entire life is now unable to live.

She has a central port to receive medications and fluids multiple times a week at her local hospital and is in desperate need of the opportunity to prioritize her health. She has forged on for over a year and a half now without asking for help, being that she is the type to get what she needs on her own. She has fought tooth and nail to keep what she’s built afloat and is just needing a helping hand to continue through these dark moments. Help me save my daughter's best friend. Please help in any way you can, even if it is just through prayer. She has been a Godsend to my own daughter, helping her through her darkest days through her own serious health issues, many of which they both suffer.
