<div>Meet my niece Alyssa and her wonderful husband Corey. Their hopes and dreams of starting a family finally came true!  They are new Parents to a precious Baby Boy; Ollie. They were so incrdiablly excited to welcome sweet Ollie to the world. He had just turned a month old and their whole world changed. Here is their story from Allysa's post.

<div>Tuesday morning, our world changed. Ollie started having seizures and we brought him to Children’s emergency room where they did an ultrasound and an MRI. He was diagnosed with a rare condition called hemimegalencephaly, where his right side of the brain is larger than the left, and has a cortical dysplasia. He’s having two types of seizures where we can see some and some that are happening inside the brain that we can’t see.

<div>Right now is a waiting game, as we are trying to see what medication can help if any. We will be doing another EEG on Monday. If medication will not be any help, the next step would be surgery. A procedure called Hemispherotomy, where they disconnect the right and left sides of the brain from one another to help maintain the healthy tissue.

<div>Our hearts are broken feeling like we were robbed of what type of life we thought we would have. Theres so much unknown, and we are so scared.
