My dear brother, Alvin Nelson Jr., and my sister-in-law, Melanie Nelson are both bravely facing the uphill battle against cancer. The emotional and financial burden of significant medical expenses has been overwhelming, and after having endured over 8 months of treatment, Alvin is back at work while Melanie is still focusing on her battle against breast cancer.
