Support Allegro teacher Bradley Benvenuti

Bradley Benvenuti is our high school Social Studies teacher at Allegro Charter School of Music.  He has worked at Allegro for the past three years and is always committed to bringing a challenging and creative curriculum to students.  Mr. Benvenuti has formed close bonds with with many students at Allegro. During the 2017-2018 school year, Mr. Benvenuti was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer, and everyone has been supportive of him during his courageous battle.  Mr. Benvenuti has been fighting this horrible disease for the past two years, and it has since spread to his liver and lungs. Mr. Benvenuti needs to take several months off of school to travel to Maryland in order to receive treatment through clinical trials.  The cost of battling this disease is a huge burden for a teacher, and the Allegro community wants to help him out by providing him and his family with some extra income to pay for these expensive bills during his time away from work. The treatment is going to be undeniably hard for everyone in his family, and will undoubtedly take a significant toll on his body and financial status.  Allegro is committed to supporting all of our students and staff members who are going through difficult times, and we have therefore set up this Gofundme in hopes of helping him and his family out. We appreciate everything that Mr. Benvenuti has done for our students, and it’s time we give back to him! Thank you for your donation.
