My name is alisa, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing a challenging time. I need to have neck surgery in less than two weeks, and I’ve already been out of work for a while. The recovery will keep me away from my job for at least three months, and as a co-parent to teenage twins, I’m doing my best to keep things steady for my family.
