<div>My name is Rachel, and I am cousins with Alicia Sparkman. Alicia has recently been diagnosed with a glioma tumor in her brain and kidney cancer, a situation that is understandably terrifying and overwhelming. She discovered her condition after experiencing seizures. Currently, Alicia is unable to work and struggles with many daily tasks. In a recent Facebook post, she expressed her feelings:

<div>“I know nobody understands what I’m going through! I’m so overwhelmed to the point where I just wanna hide and cry. I can’t walk like is used to and trip constantly, my right side is slowly getting weaker, my mood changes in the matter of minutes. I can’t voice what I’m going through or dealing with because I’m just so frustrated I can’t do my typical normal day to day things like brushing my hair or teeth cause I can’t grip anything, wash my hair, putting on socks or do dishes that now take me longer to do, I can’t work and I miss working. Their is things you take for granted when you know you can’t do them anymore. Changing my son’s diaper when all he wants to do is run away and be a baby. He doesn’t understand mommy can’t do things and why I get so overwhelmed. Being diagnosed with a glioma tumor has forever changed me. I can’t wait for this month that I can finally have a treatment plan with the neurosurgeon. I’m tired of feeling this way. Thanks for listening end of rant!”
