Alexandra “Alex” Young, Diane’s beloved 20-year-old granddaughter, recently experienced a life-altering medical emergency. Last week, Alex suffered a devastating anaphylactic reaction that led to cardiac arrest. For more than eight minutes, her heart stopped, and thanks to the incredible medical team at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ, she was revived and placed on a ventilator. While her family is deeply grateful that Alex is still with them, she now faces a long and uncertain road to recovery.

The emotional, physical, and financial challenges ahead are overwhelming for Alex and her family. Donations to this fundraiser will help ease the burden of mounting medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, lost income, travel expenses, and other unexpected needs. This support will allow Alex and her loved ones to focus on her healing and recovery, rather than the stress of financial worries.

Diane and her family are asking for your help during this difficult time. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing Alex’s story with others. Every donation, prayer, and kind word means more than you know. Thank you for your love, support, and generosity as Alex fights to recover.
