<div>On July 7th, Alex received a call that would change his and his children’s lives forever. His pregnant wife, Carmi, was being rushed to the hospital due to a sudden medical emergency. Carmi required an emergent c-section to save their unborn daughter. Although their daughter survived this tragic event, Carmi was unable to recover. Now, while Alex is grieving the loss of his beloved wife, he also has to navigate life as a single father to his two-year-old son and newborn daughter.

<div>In the midst of this heartbreaking loss, we’ve been surrounded by compassion from so many asking how they can show love and support. Whether through prayer, thoughtful message or simply sharing this post, each gesture of love brings comfort beyond what words can express. For those who feel moved to help, this fund has been organized to ease the unexpected burdens the family now faces. Contributions will help allow the family space to grieve and heal. Every dollar raised will ensure the children have a secured future, a future that Carmi and Alex have been working diligently towards.
