Donna-Rose is creating this fundraiser for her brother and sister-in-law, Alex and Selena, as they prepare for an incredibly difficult and unexpected season. They are expecting twins, Christopher and Rose, but their pregnancy has become much more complicated than anyone hoped. Because of issues with Christopher's placenta, he is growth restricted, and the babies may need to be delivered much earlier than expected. This has left the whole family facing a frightening reality, with the likelihood of two premature babies needing NICU care for an undetermined amount of time. 
 
 
 As they try to prepare for what comes next, this family is carrying so much at once. The funds raised will help cover household bills, gas for traveling back and forth to be with Christopher and Rose, and expenses for their older daughters, Lily and Violet. Selena plans to stay close to the twins while they are in the NICU, and Alex will continue working, which means they will also need help with childcare for the girls.
