<div>My name is Sara Rayan, and I currently live in Canada. I am fundraising for Ahmed and his family from Gaza. They are my maternal relatives. Ahmad is one of my second cousins from my mother's side.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The money will be used for them to sustain daily life and for Ahmed to start getting back on his feet again. When you get to know him from his story, you'll see that despite all the hardships, he's a man who a ton of hope still, for himself and his family.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The money will be used to support Ahmed, his wife and their 4 children (both under 18yrs).

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><em>This is Ahmed's story: </em>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This was my life. This was my memory. The laughter of my children, our warm moments together as a family. But in an instant, everything turned to rubble… All that remains is the debris, and I no longer have a home to return to.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I’m Ahmed, from Gaza. I once lived a stable life with my wife and four children, until I found myself facing this scene. The home I built over years of hard work is no longer there. My loss is not just about walls and roofs, but the loss of an entire life—safety, stability, and a refuge for my family.

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Today, I stand before a reality that is beyond my ability to handle, a challenge I cannot face alone. Rebuilding my home is not a luxury, it’s a necessity for my family, for my children who deserve a safe place to call home. But this dream is out of reach without your support.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Every contribution, no matter how small, is a step toward rebuilding my life and the lives of my children.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Images I will never forget…

</div>

<div>When the war intensified, I had no choice but to flee with my wife and children from one place to another, searching for any shelter to protect us. We moved from house to house until there was no place left to seek refuge. In the end, we were forced to live in a nylon tent pitched on the street, in conditions I never imagined I would face.

</div>

<div><br />

</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79782011_1738718341196909_r.jpeg" width="100%" />

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Under this tent, we endured the cold and rain, going through days with little comfort. Life was harsh, but what was harder than anything else were the looks in my children’s eyes as they tried to adapt to a reality that didn’t resemble their childhood.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Those days will remain etched in my memory, not just as an experience we went through, but as a painful chapter in our lives that cannot be forgotten. And today, I’m trying to start over, but I cannot do it alone.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This is another home, once a refuge for us in Khan Younis, surrounded by trees and tranquility, where we lived peaceful moments as a family. But today, there is nothing left but rubble. What was once a home full of life has turned into debris, leaving only memories.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Amidst this rubble, I can’t stop my mind from drifting back to the days we spent here, when the house was full of laughter and life. But today, I have nothing but fragments of the past and a hope to rebuild what has been destroyed.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>But I need your help, because I cannot overcome this challenge alone.
