<div>The UK pool and hot tub industry brings people together through health, fitness, wellness, recreation, and relaxation. But to truly serve everyone — staff, customers, and communities — we must commit to being more inclusive, equitable, and diverse.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>That’s why BISHTA and SPATA have joined forces to launch a vital Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Training Programme designed specifically for our industry. Following a successful pilot workshop developed with EDI expert Refeia Zaman and feedback from industry stakeholders, we’re ready to roll out this training across the sector, and we need your support.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Why This Matters:

</div>

<div>Inclusive businesses attract and retain talent.

</div>

<div>Diverse teams drive innovation and growth.

</div>

<div>Customers prefer businesses that reflect their values.

</div>

<div>It’s the right thing to do.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Your Contribution Will:

</div>

<div>Fund the development and delivery of industry-specific EDI workshops.

</div>

<div>Provide subsidised access for small businesses.

</div>

<div>Help promote inclusive leadership across the UK Wet Leisure Industry.

</div>

<div>Position our sector as a national leader in equality and wellbeing.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Whether you're a large manufacturer, a small pool company, a supplier, or simply someone who believes in fair and inclusive workplaces, your support can create lasting change in our industry.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Your contribution will help create a more inclusive, respectful, and welcoming industry for everyone. And we are not going to wait until we meet our target, as funds become available from your generous donations, we can start rolling out subsidised training across the wet leisure industry.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for your support and commitment to a better future for our industry.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Let’s Lead by Example.

</div>

<div>We kindly ask businesses to consider donating a minimum of £25—or more if you're able—to help us reach our goal and make a lasting impact. Every donation, big or small, brings us one step closer to meaningful change.
