<div>For the past 18 years, Abuela Ana, a Taina grandmother, has led her Moondance ceremony every February, creating sacred space for hundreds of women and men. Throughout the year, she also offers monthly prayers, classes, and travels internationally to be of service to many communities.

<div>Recently, Abuela has been experiencing <strong>debilitating back pain</strong> that has greatly impacted her mobility and overall well-being. Despite visiting many doctors and specialists, no treatment has been effective until now. This week, she met with a surgeon she trusts and who is ready to perform the necessary surgery to relieve her pain and restore her quality of life.

<div>To move forward,<strong> she needs to raise $35,000</strong> to cover her medical expenses. Once the funds are secured, she can schedule the operation and begin her healing journey.
