<div>Vor etwa drei Jahren habe ich über eine Facebook Freundin "zufällig" die Kitten Connection in Portugal entdeckt – und somit auch meine kleine Maxi als Baby adoptiert.  Und dieses Jahr habe ich ihr noch ihren Boyfriend Jamie von dort dazu geholt.

<div>Die Kitten Connection – geleitet von Elisabeth Ippel und einem Team wunderbarer Helfer*innen – rettet Babykatzen von der Strasse, aus Müllcontainern und schlimmeren Situationen. Sie kümmern sich liebevoll um sie, versorgen sie medizinisch, geben ihnen Schutz – und setzen sich aktiv für die Sterilisation von Strassenkatzen ein, damit das Leid nicht endlos weitergeht.

<div>About three years ago, I discovered Kitten Connection in Portugal through a Facebook friend "by chance". I fell in love with kitten Maxi and adopted her and since then also her new boyfriend Jamie.

<div>Kitten Connection, led by Elisabeth Ippel and an amazing team, rescues baby cats from the streets, from garbage containers and even worse situations. They provide food, medical care and shelter – and are deeply committed to spaying and neutering street cats to break the cycle of suffering.
