<div>In the business community, Aaron is known for his sharp analytical mind, creative strategy, and commitment. He spent years building a career defined by his communication, his drive, and his ability to solve complex problems. He has always been the person we could count on for a helping hand, and a good laugh! Outside the office you’d most likely find him socializing, traveling somewhere exotic, or cooking a gourmet meal.

<div>On 12/8/2025, our world changed in an instant. Aaron, a flourishing professional in the prime of his life, suffered a severe hemorrhagic stroke deep within the basal ganglia.

<div><strong>The Current Challenge</strong>
</div>
<div>Because the stroke occurred in the brain's control center for movement and speech, Aaron is now facing a mountain that no 31-year-old should have to climb. He is currently navigating aphasia (difficulty finding words) and apraxia (difficulty coordinating speech muscles), as well as hemiparesis (paralysis) on his right side.

<div>For a young man who built his life on expressing ideas and taking action, being temporarily unable to speak or move freely is a massive hurdle. But if we know one thing about Aaron, it’s that he is a fighter.

<div><strong>Why We Need a "Bridge to Recovery"</strong>
</div>
<div>Neuroplasticity is on Aaron’s side because of his age, but intensity is the key. The more therapy he can receive in these first six months, the better his chances of reclaiming his career, his passions, and his life. We have set a goal of $75,000 to act as a six-month "<strong><em>Bridge to Recovery</em></strong>" to cover the following:

<li>$25,000 | Personal Stability: Covering 6 months of his pre-stroke living expenses (housing, utilities, and student loans) to keep his household stable while he is out of work.
</li>
<li>$30,000 | Intensive Neuro-Rehabilitation: Standard insurance often caps therapy just when progress begins. These funds will allow access to specialized intensive therapy programs.
</li>
<li>$10,000 | Specialized Equipment &amp; Tech: neurological braces (AFOs), and home safety modifications.
</li>
<li>$10,000 | Healthcare Continuity: To cover high deductibles, specialized medications, and COBRA premiums to ensure he never loses access to his medical team.
</li>

<div>Aaron has spent his career building things for others. Now, it’s our turn to help him rebuild. We are asking his colleagues, friends, and community to help us take the financial weight off his shoulders so he can put 100% of his energy into finding his words and his strength again.
